The Shield’s Debut

It was the night of the WWE Pay-per-view Survivor Series on November 18, 2012, where The Shield made their impressive Main Roster debut. Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose were three Wrestlers from NXT (the development division of WWE). These three Superstars intervened the main event triple threat match between WWE Champion CM Punk, John Cena and Ryback. Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose did a triple powerbomb through the announce table on Ryback. CM Punk retained the WWE Championship at that night because of the Shield and celebrated his one year anniversary as Champion. Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose were now better known as The Shield and began to beat up every Superstar that stood in their way.
